SHIPPING

We currently utilize both UPS and USPS as our shipping carriers. We primarily ship through UPS unless USPS offers a significantly lower price for shipping. We prefer to ship through UPS because we have received reports from several customers that packages shipped through USPS were damaged upon delivery. Both carriers generally deliver in 3 to 5 days depending on the delivery destination.

International shipments are shipped as "UPS Express", "UPS Expedited" or Priority Mail International (USPS) which are all normally delivered in 7 to 10 days depending on the destination country.

UPS automatically provides $100 of protection for all shipments. Additional protection up to the "Declared Value" of the package is available for an additional fee (We will usually cover this fee unless it's an excessive amount due to the value of the package). Due to the fact we ship to customers in other countries, shipping fees can vary greatly. In those instances, we will provide you with a shipping estimate that includes all associated shipping costs.

USPS automatically provides $50 of protection for all shipments. Additional protection is available for an additional fee (We will usually cover this fee unless it's an excessive amount due to the value of the package). If the amount of the additional protection is more than what we customarily allow, you will be contacted regarding the cost of the additional protection. You will have the choice to be invoiced for the amount of the additional protection or to decline the additional protection. Although purchasing shipping protection is not required, we advise purchasing the protection for any high value items you purchase.

**NOTE** If shipping protection is not purchased, DASI is not responsible for any damage or loss of item(s) due to shipping and those items are not eligible for refund, exchange or replacement.

In the unlikely event you need to file a claim for damages to your product(s), please contact UPS or USPS directly with the appropriate shipping information and they will process your claim for reimbursement. If you receive a request from UPS or USPS for any shipping documentation you do not have, please contact us at shipping@dealairsoftinnovations.com and we will assist you in submitting any documentation we may be able to provide.

PROTECTING YOUR PACKAGE
RETURN POLICY

As a general rule, we accepts returns, exchanges and refund requests if they are due to a defective item, an incorrect item, or a customer has experienced an unforeseen financial hardship.

**In regards to refunds due to an unforeseen financial hardship on the part of the customer, the item(s) are only eligible for a refund if the package is returned unopened in the original packaging with the packaging in good condition.

**DASI will only refund the shipping costs for defective or incorrectly shipped items.

**Refunds will be processed once the returned item(s) are received in good condition (including defective items).
