Pre-order Terms and Conditions

What is a Pre-order?

A pre-order is an advance purchase made on merchandise that is still in production when ordered and not immediately available in our inventory.  Due to the fact that pre-order items are still in production, specific shipping dates cannot be guaranteed.  During production of a pre-order item, we remain in regular communication with the manufacturer and will send out an update when the manufacturer has notified us that our order is being packaged for shipment.

Customer Information

When placing a pre-order, you will be required to provide certain information, such as your shipping address, email address, contact number and billing information.  All of your contact information is kept strictly confidential and is never shared with any other party for any reason.  Be advised that you are responsible for keeping your shipping and contact information up-to-date to ensure proper shipment of your items.  DASI shall have no responsibility or liability for inaccurate information or information that becomes outdated.  Please contact us via chat message on our website or email us at if you need to update any of your information. 


Submitting a pre-order constitutes your express agreement authorizing DASI to charge the payment method you provide for your pre-order item(s). You will be charged at the time of submission for your pre-order.  For customers submitting pre-orders internationally, the purchase price does not include import duties, taxes and other government charges, which are your responsibility. (See “International Customers” below for more information)


Can I amend my pre-order?

Yes. Depending on the item(s) pre-ordered, you have the option to modify the quantity, color or various other aspects of the item up until the time we are notified by the manufacturer that our products are being packaged for shipping.


Shipping & Delays

With the majority of items in our collection being high quality hand crafted Russian replica items, the manufacturing process for these items require several production and processing steps. With covid still causing major supply chain issues in the U.S. and other countries, manufacturers continue to deal with production delays due to a shortage of materials needed to complete production.  Please be aware that this may cause a significant delay in the length of time it takes for us to deliver your pre-order item(s) to you.  Once we receive our order from the manufacturer, it is our goal to have your pre-order packaged and shipped to you within 48 hours.

If DASI is unable to ship your pre-order item on or before the one-year anniversary of your pre-order submission for that item, DASI will automatically process a full refund to you.



We do allow cancellations and refunds under the following guidelines.


          Once you submit a pre-order;

                    1. You have (7) days in which to cancel it for a full refund (excluding payment processing fee).

                    2. You have (14) days in which to cancel it for a 75% refund.

                    3. You have (21) days in which to cancel it for a 50% refund.

                    4. No cancellations or refunds after 30 days.



International Customers

We utilize UPS (United Parcel Service) for all of our shipments and in most circumstances, we are able to pay the estimated duties and taxes for you thru our UPS account.  In most cases, this will aid in your items being expedited through customs thus reducing the delivery time to your shipping address.  If the duties and taxes are paid by us through our UPS account, that amount will be included at the time of purchase (if possible) or you will receive an invoice that will need to be paid before your item(s) are released for shipment.  This option is solely at the customer’s discretion and must be requested by the customer.  Otherwise, your package will be shipped as usual and you will be contacted by your Customs Agency regarding the payment for fees and final delivery options. 

Combined Orders

 (Orders that contain both pre-order items and in stock items)

If you combine in-stock and pre-ordered items in the same order, ALL items will be shipped at once when all pre-ordered items are available.

The advantage of submitting a pre-order is that you are guaranteed to receive the item you want without the risk of it running out of stock as soon as it is placed into our inventory. But please remember, there is a possibility of production delays due to supply chain issues and there are no cancellations or refunds after 30 days.
