RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accepts returns and exchanges on the following basis;

    1. You received a defective item(s)

    2. You received an incorrect item(s)  

Once notified of the issue, we will promptly ship (free of charge) the correct item or a replacement for the defective item (if it is in stock). We will also include a prepaid shipping label to cover the cost of shipping the original item back to us. Each request will be evaluated and handled on a case by case basis.

**If we happen to be out of stock of that particular item, the following choices are available; 1) we can special order it from the manufacturer; 2) you can substitute it with another item; 3) you can request a refund**

REFUNDS

Refund requests will be accepted on the following basis;

    1. You received a defective item(s)

    2. You received an incorrect item(s)

    3. You request a refund on a pre-order item within the guidelines of our Pre-order Policy

**DASI will only refund the shipping costs for defective or incorrectly shipped items.

**Refunds will be processed once the returned item(s) are received in good condition (including defective items).
